Training and Qualifications

The training and qualifications required by Crest set the “best practice” standards for the commercial cleaning industry in New Zealand. All Crest personnel hold NZQA Unit Standards in Cleaning and Caretaking. Crest personnel are professionally trained by members of the British Institute of Cleaning Science.

• All personnel undertake annual refresher training and cleaning equipment and chemicals are audited twice yearly.

• Site Safe training is mandatory for Crest personnel working in hazardous workplaces.
• Crest personnel are required to hold a Security Guard’s Licence, as per the Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards.
