“Keeping customers happy at all costs,” is the basis of James Dixon’s business philosophy. Originally from Dunedin, James and his wife and three young children relocated to Alexandra for the lifestyle.
The opportunity to work for himself and grow his own business was what drew him to the opportunity to manage the Central Otago region for CrestClean.
“It suits me because it’s about serving customers and I’m hoping I’ll be able to pursue a good work and life balance.”
James finished at the University of Otago with Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Tourism and has years of experience in customer service, including working as a commercial cleaner during his school days.
