About CrestClean Taranaki’s Regional Manager Prasun Acharya

It was Prasun’s wife, Diksha, who first got him interested in CrestClean. Taking advantage of CrestClean’s special ‘Move to the Regions’ offer, the couple purchased a franchise in 2013 and relocated from Auckland to Napier.

Just two years later, they decided to move to New Plymouth so Prasun could step into the role of Taranaki Regional Manager – an amazing opportunity to grow and develop a new region for CrestClean.

Prasun’s background in accounting and sales consulting for DVS and ANZ Bank, as well as his experience running a Crest franchise, made him uniquely suitable for the position of Regional Manager.

Originally from Nepal, Prasun came to New Zealand as an international student, attending Auckland University of Technology and graduating with a degree in accounting. Diksha is also from Nepal and they have a young daughter.

As Regional Manager, he also brings a philosophy of hard work to running the business. “I instill in my franchisees the importance of self-discipline, which has so much to do with managing your own business and going above and beyond in the service you provide.”

“It never pays to cut corners in the cleaning business,” he says. “If somebody has paid for something it can’t be less than that. That’s what I expect as a customer.”
