About Jan Lichtwark

Jan is born and bred in the Tauranga region and has spent the last 10 years in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumable Goods) in the Waikato and BOP regions. He’s been involved in Tauranga community activities from sporting events to fund raisers, which has given him a great understanding of the environment and the people in the Tauranga area.

“ Tauranga has a lot to offer people from young to old which has meant that Tauranga is one of the fastest growing Cities in NZ”, says Jan.

Spending the last 4 and a half years with Goodman Fielder and having staff, franchisees and customers from all different backgrounds, Jan realised that he loves the customer service, customer satisfaction, and the joy of helping customers and franchisees achieve their goals. Crest offered all these things, and the chance to own his own business, so Jan jumped at the chance to take on the role as Tauranga Regional Manager when it was offered to him in 2010
