About Bill and Claire Douglas

Bill and Claire Douglas are the Regional Managers for Whakatane, and also Rotorua and Taupo as well. Bill was Crest’s first franchisee in Rotorua – buying a franchise in August 2003. Bill has now directed his attention to the Regional Manager role, meeting with clients and recruiting new franchisees.

Bill’s got a team of over 24 franchisees, and he sees ample room for growth.

“A great benefit of Crest is that we recruit franchisees of good calibre and sensibility, who become responsible for the service they provide to their customers” says Bill. “Crest is becoming a well known brand in the region, and I enjoy seeing the brand grow as more customers become aware of how we can assist them with their cleaning requirements.”
