My experience prior to Crest was mainly in the retail management environment for 12 years, and the turning point for my career was a decision to own a business. In 2005 Crest was recommended to me by a friend and after lengthy research on the company, I decided to join Crest as a franchise owner and have never looked back. Crest has given me the opportunity to spread my wings and delve into different areas of focus; 2007- Auckland Trainer (onsite training for new franchisees) and 2009 – as regional manager for East Auckland.
