Crest is now able to offer commercial cleaning services to Whakatane. Bill and Claire Douglas are the Regional Managers for Whakatane, 
looking after Rotorua and Taupo as well. Bill was Crest’s first franchisee in Rotorua – buying a franchise in August 2003. Bill has now directed his attention to the Regional Manager role, meeting with clients and recruiting new franchisees.

Bill’s got a team of over 24 franchisees, and he sees ample room for growth.

“I’m really enthusiastic about Whakatane,” says Bill. I know we can offer quality-cleaning services to Whakatane customers, though a team of locally based franchisees”.
