  Franchise Manager

I joined Crest in November 2004 after completing my Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Otago.  My degree was made up of a major in management and minor in marketing. When I decided to enter the workforce I wanted to stay in Dunedin and I wanted to join a company that was progressive and expanding. I was offered a position of reception/general admin at Crest.

As my knowledge of Crest management increased so did my role in the company.  I am now franchise manager based in Dunedin at Crest Admin Services.Accepting the job with Crest was the best career decision I could have made.

 

As franchise manager I work very closely with the regional managers and franchisees.  My role involves setting up new franchisees - arranging Franchise Agreements, finance, uniforms, insurance etc; liaising with Crest’s product supplier Proclean, arranging franchise sales and dealing with quality issues and incident reports as they arise.

My interests include water-skiing, motor-cross riding, and renovating our house. I enjoy the challenge of my role and feel privileged to work with such a diverse range of people. I look forward to the continued growth of my role and of the company.
