  Green Buildings
A 2004 Jones Lang LaSalle report “Commercial Property Going Green” states that property owners who implement green building strategies will be rewarded with cost reductions including:
  • Lower waste disposal and water costs
  • Lower environmental and emission costs
  • Lower operations and maintenance costs
With proper training and equipment and the correct Green Cleaning procedures to follow, proficient cleaners become a key component of Green Building practices to the benefit of tenants, owners and the environment.

Crest can provide further information and can develop specifications to assist building owners and occupiers to help meet “Green Building” protocols.

The Green Cleaning movement has grown from research by several large US organisations.  It is now being recognised as a theme which encompasses the future direction of the cleaning industry.
