Crest has developed an industry leading Quality Training Manual, which supports and reinforces the training programme as a reference guide.
Mr Jim Brand, an independent trainer and assessor for the Building Contractors Industry Training Organisation directs Crest’s training programme. Jim is New Zealand’s only member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science and a registered assessor for this organisation.
Crest personnel are being trained to the highest level possible in the New Zealand cleaning industry. |
The courses have given personnel a huge boost of confidence in their professional abilities. They have learnt the latest techniques and processes to aid them in delivering consistent high quality cleaning services to their customers.
“It’s all part of operating a successful business,” says Jim. “Having professional industry training helps our personnel become much more efficient at their tasks, and they provide a high standard of service to their customers.”
Crest provides training and refresher courses to all personnel on an ongoing basis. “We believe the path to a successful career is paved with skills to be learnt along the way,” comments Jim.
“I get a real buzz out of seeing how our personnel develop through the training courses,” says Jim Brand. “As an organisation we’re changing the industry perception from being cleaners, to "Property Hygienist’s". It’s all about making sure our personnel are competent about the services they deliver to their customers.”
