  Customer Services Manager

I am the Customer Services Manager for Crest.  I worked for Crest from 2000 until late 2003 when I took a break and headed for the UK.  After 18 months of working in and around London and in the Highlands of Scotland (mainly in a place called Glencoe where they make the Harry Potter movies), I came home to meet my new Grandson Shamus.

Part of my role as Customer Services Manager is to mail information packs for prospective franchisees and at the end of each week send through all information regarding prospects to each regional manager.

I also deal with the bulk of the telephone queries from customers telephoning and emailing for quotations, and prospects wishing to discuss a Crest opportunity with a regional manager. I input all your additional and product invoices into our database for payment. A good deal of my work is data input and telephonist duties.

Franchisees who call are more than likely put through to one of our other administrative staff who deal more closely with their inquiries than I do.  However, there are times when I am able to assist or just pass a message on. I also organise the Security Licence applications.I'm enjoying being back and I must say, I am the happiest I have been in years.
