Public Liability Insurance protects a contractor from having to pay the costs arising from an accident or damages that can occur as a result of the provision of contracted services to a customer’s premises.
Crest’s cleaning services are performed by franchised owner operators. Public Liability Insurance is a mandatory provision under Crest’s franchise agreement. Each franchise holds $20 million of cover under a group Public Liability Insurance taken by Crest Commercial Cleaning Ltd. The group cover automatically provides the cover to each franchisee. |
