Caretaking service popular topic for school trustees
A prize hamper triggered a stampede of entries at the recent CrestClean-backed NZ School Trustees Association Conference.
Richard Brodie, CrestClean Wellington Regional Manager, said more than half of the 900 delegates at the event flocked to CrestClean’s stand to enter the draw.
Once again, goodie bag giveaways proved popular, said Richard.
“A lot of people mentioned that they had just run out of our products from last year’s conference. It meant that they remembered the CrestClean brand.
“A hundred percent of the participants who used Crest were very complimentary about our services.
“It was clear that CrestClean is popular in the education sector. A number of people checked the school roll to see if they were on it and were impressed by the number of schools on it,” added Richard.
“There was a lot of interest in caretaking, which was encouraging, and country schools had questions around waste management.”
The winner of the Gift Saint hamper was Robyn Skelton, of Western Heights High School, Rotorua.
“She was very impressed with the prize. She had never won anything before so she was most appreciative,” said Richard.
